Matt Fasekas: Drums We have all heard the story book tale of "Cinderella".... now hear the story of "CINDERFELLA"......... Matt was born & raised in Seattle, Washington and brought up in a very musicial family. His brothers were all music lovers and good musicians. Matt's story starts when his big brother, (road manager/soundman for PRR) called Matt from the road and asked if he would like to come out and work as lighting director for Paul Revere. Matt who had been playing drums locally and doing some recording around the Seattle area quickly said YES! When do I start? As fate would have it, Matt was fast adopted by Paul and all the Raiders as the Offical Lighting director. So for 22 years Matt has been on the road working as Paul Revere's lighting director until....... May 2006, when Matt had the oppertunity to 'audition' for The Raiders drum slot that had become available. It was the worlds fastest "audition" because he already knew all the songs by heart! Happy to say he got the job. So for the last 3 years Matt has been Paul Revere'& The Raiders full time drummer. Matt has also recorded CD's with Paul Revere & The Raiders & Righteous Bros' Bill Medley & Bill's daughter McKenna Medley as well. Paul Revere & The Raiders have also won "The Best band award in 2008" in Branson, Mo.

Now you know.....The Rest of the story! When Matt has any time off from playing drums, he remains true to his love of the outdoors. He Still resides in the Northwest and loves to fish, hunt, play golf and ride his Harley.
